Policies
These policies protect both sides before sample orders, bulk purchasing, manual payment, PI confirmation, customs clearance, and shipping.
All orders, wholesale requests, sample orders, Proforma Invoice requests, and custom production requests are subject to AUDORI SISILI review and acceptance.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, hold, or manually review any order due to stock changes, pricing errors, payment risk, suspicious account activity, incomplete customer information, shipping restrictions, customs concerns, intellectual property concerns, or other business risk.
We currently support PayPal, T/T bank transfer, and Western Union for eligible orders. PayPal is mainly used for sample orders and small approved orders.
An order is not considered paid only because a customer reaches a payment success page. PayPal payments are confirmed only after backend verification. T/T and Western Union payment proof enters manual payment review first.
For bulk production, custom orders, preorder items, and large wholesale orders, the standard payment term is 50% deposit and 50% balance before shipment unless otherwise stated in the PI.
Shipping fees are calculated based on destination country or region, package weight, dimensional weight, courier option, fuel surcharge, remote area surcharge, and order type.
Packages over 2 kg, remote areas, islands, special addresses, 21-100 pcs trial batches, 100 pcs+ orders, or bulk production orders require manual shipping confirmation.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate recipient, address, phone, email, postal code, and customs information.
Import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, local taxes, storage fees, and other destination-country charges are not included unless DDP shipping is clearly stated in writing.
Our default international shipping term is DAP/DDU, duties and taxes unpaid, buyer responsible.
Default customs reference for current doll wig accessories: HS Code 6704190000. Product descriptions, HS codes, and customs documents may be adjusted by product, destination country, courier, or customs requirements.
Shipping fees, customs duties, VAT, clearance fees, remote area surcharges, return shipping fees, payment handling fees, packaging fees, and any costs already incurred are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by our confirmed mistake.
Sample orders do not support no-reason refunds for subjective dislike, minor color difference, minor size variation, photography lighting difference, or buyer expectation difference.
Custom items, OEM/ODM products, preorder items, and confirmed bulk production orders do not support no-reason cancellation or refund after production, procurement, packaging preparation, or material reservation has started.
If a buyer refuses delivery, refuses customs duties, provides an incorrect address, cannot be contacted by the courier, fails to collect the parcel, or causes the parcel to be returned or abandoned, the buyer is responsible for all related costs.
A full refund will not be issued for customs refusal, unpaid duties, buyer non-response, incorrect customs information, or refused delivery.
For PayPal orders, we may ship only to the shipping address shown in the PayPal transaction details or the confirmed order address accepted by our internal review.
For delivery disputes or item-not-received claims, carrier tracking, proof of shipment, proof of delivery, delivery address record, shipping label, package photos, and courier records will be used as primary evidence.
We reserve the right to suspend shipment, cancel pending orders, restrict account access, or require manual payment review for accounts involved in disputes, chargebacks, repeated unpaid orders, suspicious order patterns, or abusive behavior.
Compatibility names, character names, brand names, and style references, if used, are used only to describe fit, size reference, or styling compatibility.
All trademarks and character names belong to their respective owners. AUDORI SISILI products are independent custom doll accessories and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially licensed by any third-party brand unless clearly stated in writing.
By placing an order, submitting a wholesale request, uploading payment proof, or paying a Proforma Invoice, the buyer confirms that they have read and accepted AUDORI SISILI's Terms of Sale, Payment Policy, Shipping Policy, Customs Duties and Taxes Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy, and Compatibility Disclaimer.
